Founded in 1975, H&V Commissioning Services began as a small family business and has grown into one of the UK’s largest independent HVAC commissioning companies. We were historically employed by mechanical and electrical companies to provide commissioning services meeting design engineers’ specifications. As the industry evolved, we kept pace with new technology, client demands, and government legislation, allowing us to keep delivering a professional service to the building services industry and its clients.
Since August 2007, new directors appointed from within have continued the company founders’ ethic of providing a professional, independent service. Through government-backed initiatives, our client base has grown to include end users and operators, giving them a greater understanding of the operation and efficiencies achievable in building services through BREEAM and similar schemes. Today, we specialise in commissioning and servicing support for clean air equipment, biological safety cabinets, cleanrooms, and sterile facilities across Scotland and the wider UK.
